At Swasthyam, we are committed to providing personalized and result-oriented nutrition and wellness services. Due to the nature of our offerings — which include customized diet plans, health consultations, and wellness guidance — we maintain a strict no refund policy.
1. No Refunds
All purchases made for consultations, diet plans, subscriptions, or any other service offered by Swasthyam are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, perceived effectiveness, or change of mind.
2. Digital & Personalized Services
Since our services involve personalized nutrition planning, dietary recommendations, and time-based consultations that begin as soon as payment is made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances once the service has been booked.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule your session within the current service period. However, cancellations made without adequate notice may not be rescheduled and are not eligible for any form of compensation.
